Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, by submitting a request on the website alliti.tech through the feedback form, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to LLC "ALLITI" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automated means and with their use.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:
   • Name;
   • Email address;
   • Company name (if provided);
   • Other data specified in the message or attached files.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: preparing a response to the user's request; establishing feedback; sending commercial offers (upon request); website analytics.
4. During processing, the following actions will be performed on personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction.
5. Personal data is processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and news mailings. Processing of personal data may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject.
6. Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written application to the Operator or an electronic message to allitidb@alliti.ru.
7. This consent is valid for the entire period until the termination of personal data processing, as specified in clauses 5 and 6 of this Consent.
